WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Orders that are in-stock ship within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT? Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items or sizes. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return for eligible items and re-purchase the preferred jersey. Please note: Customized jerseys with specific player names or numbers cannot be changed or returned once processed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? You can track your order on our "Track Your Order" page, which can be found in the main menu or footer of our website.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? Peak Pulse accepts returns within 30 days of your receipt of an item.

  • Eligible Returns: Items must be in "as-new" condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  • Special Orders/Customization: Returns on customized jerseys are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defects.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer bears all round-trip shipping costs for returns due to preference. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage by the customer. For more details, please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page.
