Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Eligibility & Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, your soccer jerseys and apparel must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Jerseys that show signs of wear, or smell of smoke, perfume, or body odor will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original clear garment bags and packaging.

  • Customized Items: Jerseys printed with custom player names, custom numbers, or specific tournament patches are Final Sale and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our end.

  • Final Sale: Any clearance items or products specifically marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Faulty Items: Defective or faulty items (e.g., stitching errors, damaged crests) are always eligible for return or replacement upon verification.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: We accept cancellations before the order is processed for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

4. How to Start Your Return

  • Step 1: Contact Us Email our support team at info@dresstheory.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos if the jersey is faulty or incorrectly customized.

  • Step 2: Pack Your Items Place the items and your receipt back into the original packaging.

  • Step 3: Ship to Our Warehouse Send your package to our designated return address below. Note: Return shipping and any applicable import fees are at the customer's expense. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund is approved and issued.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
