What kinds of payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience. You can pay using:

What currencies can I use for payment? While our store's primary currency is USD, we support multi-currency checkout through Shopify Payments. You can pay in your local currency, and the total will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate during checkout.

Are my privacy and personal information secure on your site? Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments and PayPal) to ensure your data is protected at all times. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Will I have to pay any sales tax or import duties?

  • Sales Tax: Tax may be applied at checkout depending on your shipping destination and local laws.

  • Import Duties: For international orders, customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are required by law to declare the accurate value of the items on customs forms.

Why am I being asked to "Verify" my payment? To protect our customers, some orders may undergo a standard anti-fraud check. This ensures that the payment is authorized and helps prevent fraudulent transactions. If your order is flagged, we may reach out for additional verification.

How do refunds work? Once a refund is processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • For Credit Cards/Wallets: It typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • For PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 7-9 working days.
