At Peak Pulse, our goal is to deliver your favorite jerseys to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Tracking: Once your jersey is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Times

We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping across the United States. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Delivery Areas

  • Exclusively US: We exclusively ship to the United States (including all 50 states and D.C.). At this time, we do not offer international shipping to other countries to ensure the fastest and most reliable service for our US-based fans.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your specific state and local guidelines.

  • Import Fees: For jerseys shipped from our international hubs, any rare import processing or customs handling is fully managed by us to ensure a smooth, fee-free delivery to your door.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before checkout. Please double-check your selection as we cannot change items or sizes once placed.

  • Damaged Items: If your jersey arrives damaged, take clear photos and email them to info@dresstheory.com immediately. We process replacements for damaged goods reported within 24 hours of the "Delivered" status.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please verify your address, check with neighbors or your local carrier office. Some carriers mark items delivered early; please wait 24–48 hours. If it is still missing, reach out to us at info@dresstheory.com. While we are not liable for lost/stolen packages after they leave our center, we will do our best to help you file a claim.

  • Separate Packages: To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple packages if certain jerseys are on backorder or weight restrictions apply.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be cancelled. Please email info@dresstheory.com immediately.
